Who We Are

The Twin Cities District Dietetic Association (TCDDA) is a district of the Minnesota Dietetic Association, which is an affiliate of the American Dietetic Association.  Our membership is comprised of RDs, DTRs, and students from the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area.  We seek to be a vibrant, proactive professional organization that promotes dietetics, food, nutrition, and health.

As an organization, TCDDA affirms the following goals:
1.  To be a financially stable organization with diverse revenue streams
2.  To provide value for its membership by providing for their varying needs
3.  To provide educational opportunities that meet members' professional needs
4.  To leverage technology to improve member benefits and strengthen communication
5.  To support the public policy efforts of MDA and ADA
6.  To develop efficient and effective leadership and governing structure
